We plan the transfer process of the subject by using the study code assigned to the subject in the study in all processes (during patient transfer) with the subject’s participation in the study and service acceptance.
We contact the subject before the subject’s visit date, clarify the dates of arrival to the site and plan the transfer process.
If the subject is coming from outside the province, we plan the purchase of tickets for transportation (airline, highway) and hotel reservations for stay before the visit.
As part of the planned treatment process, we provide transportation from the subject’s home or possible place of stay to the site and transportation back home or possible place of stay after treatment.
In unplanned processes (e.g. during an adverse event), it provides transportation of the subject from home or possible places of stay to the site and transportation to home or possible places of stay again after treatment
In case the subject has an unplanned transfer process;
In line with the documentation of the expenses incurred by the subject (taxi receipt, gas receipt, ticket), we ensure that Orjin CRS reimburses the subject by bank transfer.
In order to protect subject confidentiality, we pay attention to blinding patient information (name-surname, TR ID number, address, telephone) on the receipt received.
